Terms and Conditions for Appointment Booking System Services
- General Agreement By engaging with Mandovi Web Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“client,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms specifically govern the provision of the Appointment Booking System, including web design, development, and related services.
- Payment Terms 2.1 Appointment Booking System: In our “Booking System in a Day” package, we provide Appointment Booking System services, where clients are not required to manage the system themselves. Clients only need to fill out the contact form, complete the payment, and we will handle the rest, including setup and integration.
2.2 One-Time Payment: Clients are not required to pay recurring monthly fees for the Appointment Booking System services unless explicitly specified for additional features or services or Custom plan (9,999/Yearly).
2.3 Annual Renewal Fee (Next Year): The Appointment Booking System itself does not require renewals. However, the domain name is subject to annual renewal fees (e.g., ₹1000-₹2500) depending on the domain registrar’s charges.
2.4 Additional Features and Pages: Requests for additional pages or features will incur extra charges starting from ₹299, depending on the complexity and nature of the request.
2.5 No Hidden Charges: We do not charge additional fees for regular technical updates unless you specifically request additional features or services beyond the original scope.
2.6 Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not offered. Ensure that all your questions and concerns are addressed before making any payments.
- Appointment Booking System Ownership 3.1 Ownership of the Appointment Booking System: Mandovi Web Solutions retains ownership rights to the Appointment Booking System. Any future changes or modifications to the system must be requested via email to Mandovi Web Solutions. Such requests will be processed within 48 hours.
- Appointment Booking System Management 4.1 Content Management: We will handle the editing, management, and updating of the Appointment Booking System on behalf of the client. This includes adding or modifying content such as service details, business information, domain name, hosting, and other relevant details provided by you.
4.2 Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the Appointment Booking System, including your business name, service details, tagline, logo, domain name, contact details, and other relevant content.
4.3 Appointment Booking System Security: We prioritize the security of the Appointment Booking System and client data. Mandovi Web Solutions does not share sensitive information or details about existing clients’ websites or defaulter clients under any circumstances.
- Domain Name and Hosting 5.1 Domain Purchase: By default, Mandovi Web Solutions will handle domain purchase. However, the client will hold actual ownership of the domain, making the client the real owner along with Mandovi Web Solutions. You may also choose to purchase your domain name independently and provide us with the necessary name servers for integration.
5.2 Website Accessibility After Non-Renewal: If you choose not to renew your website after the initial term, the website will remain indexed by Google but will be inaccessible to users on the internet.
- Service Limitations 6.1 No Recurring Monthly Fees: No recurring monthly fees apply to the Appointment Booking System unless additional services are requested.
6.2 Technical Updates: Standard technical updates are provided without additional charges unless they involve newly requested features.
- Termination and Non-Renewal 7.1 Non-Renewal: If you choose not to renew your Appointment Booking System for the following year, it will remain indexed by Google but inaccessible to users. You can renew it later by paying the applicable renewal fee.
7.2 Termination by Mandovi Web Solutions: We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time, with reasonable notice, if the client is found to have pending payments or engages in misconduct, especially inappropriate behavior towards our team members (particularly females). Such actions violate these terms and conditions.
